How to Return Your Item
We’re happy to assist with your return! Follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth process.
1. Prepare Your Package
· Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging or a sturdy alternative.
· Please ensure you include a piece of paper with your order number inside the package. Without it, we won’t be able to process your return or issue a refund.
2. Address Your Package to:
Adstral Hargreaves Rd, Groundwell Industrial Estate, Swindon, SN25 5AZ
3. Attach the Return Label
· Find the small return stamp (it will have "Account Postage GB" along with a series of numbers and letters).
· Stick the return stamp securely to the outside of your parcel.
Haven’t received your return stamp within 2-4 working days?
Let us know, and we’ll be happy to send another one right away.
4. Drop Off Your Package
· You can return your package at any Royal Mail postbox or Post Office, with no need to pay for postage. The return stamp already covers the cost.
· The return stamp doesn’t need to be scanned by the Post Office; it’s pre-paid and ready to go. If a Post Office refuses to take it, simply drop it into any standard Royal Mail postbox.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your return, we will send you a Wise bank transfer link within 3 weeks. After entering a few details, you will be able to claim your full refund. Before we send the link, we will send you a confirmation email to ensure you know it's legitimate. If you do not receive this email within 3 weeks, please contact our support team, and we will be happy to assist you.
