EMBA Cast Iron Cookware Recall

PRODUCT RECALL


We have decided to recall certain items of Emba branded cookware, due to the potential migration of heavy metal components identified during recent testing. We believe it is prudent to issue a recall at this stage. The recall applies to the following products:

  • Emba 8" Cast Iron Skillet (SKU: 5056461700633)
  • Emba 10" Cast Iron Skillet (SKU: 5056461700602)
  • Emba 12" Cast Iron Skillet (SKU: 5056461700640)
  • Emba Skillet Collection (All skillets, SKU: 5056461701050)
  • Pre-Seasoned Reversible Cast Iron Griddle (SKU: 5056461700596)
  • Emba Griddle and 8” Skillet Set (SKU: 5056461701029)
  • Emba Griddle and 10” Skillet Set (SKU: 5056461700626)
  • Emba Griddle and 12” Skillet Set (SKU: 5056461701036)
  • Emba Complete Cookware Collection (All skillets + griddle, SKU: 5056461701043)

This recall applies to all items supplied by Free Association Books Ltd, trading as Emba Cookware between 27th December 2023 and 24th January 2025 via the website www.embacookware.co.uk.

If you purchased any Emba branded cookware prior to December 27, 2023, please reach out to embachc@frpadvisory.com for assistance.

The quality and safety of our cookware is our priority, and we regret that we may not have met the highest standards in this instance. We sincerely apologise.

What you should do

If you have purchased one of these items, please stop using it immediately.

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@embacookware.co.uk with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Your preferred contact number
  • Details of the product purchased

Our team will guide you through the return process, and a full refund will be issued once the return is complete.
