This is the 3rd item I have purchased from Emba, now use their equipment for most of our cooking. Excellent product once again, the griddle plate also fits perfectly on top of our gas hob, providing both a hot plate and extra worktop space when not in use. Quality is second to none

The quality of the product is unbelievably good, the whole idea of using a cast iron griddle is to be able to cook at high temperature, as we know , this product will get better as we use it , I’m not sure having a double sided griddle will help the seasoning, in fact it will burn it each time you reverse the pan . I feel 2 separate products will be more useful. One with flat surface and one with ridges.

I’ve not used my griddle yet so I can’t review it until I have however, I can review the customer service I have received and the delivery. Customer service has been brilliant, fast responses, polite, helpful, leave feeling very satisfied. Delivery was extremely fast! With 2 days I had already received my product, well packaged, received emails confirming delivery etc…. So far I am very happy with Emba Cookware
