Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if placed before 5 PM on a business day. For orders with standard free shipping, we aim to deliver the goods within 2-3 days. For orders with express shipping, we aim to deliver the goods within 1-2 days.

Our entire operation is designed to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. We will never accept an order without having the stock available (unless the product is listed as a pre-order). Our website is directly linked to our warehouse and shows live stock levels to ensure this.

Orders need to be submitted by 5 PM to qualify for same-day dispatch. Any orders submitted after 5 PM will be picked, packed, and dispatched the following business day.
