Be patient, it is so worth it!!

It was a challenge to start with and for me (being a first time cast iron user) there was a steep learning curve but I've been building the seasoning on it for 6 months now and can finally say it's just as good as any new non-stick pan out there (in terms of food release)! Properly pre heating it before using it was the most helpful change I made to my cooking habits.

Exceptional attention to detail, I love all of its features, my favourite item to cook with, thank you so much Emba! :)
